For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "jolievo" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at jolievo.net, including all associated web pages, game lobbies, account management features, promotional communications, and customer support services.
• "Player", "You", or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jolievo platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on jolievo, associated with a unique username, email address, and player profile.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held within a player's jolievo account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet placed using funds deposited into a player's jolievo wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other incentive balances credited to a player's account by jolievo.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jolievo and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the jolievo website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as jolievo's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jolievo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from creating or accessing any jolievo account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jolievo, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling law applicable to casino-style games.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts on jolievo.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jolievo platform or any affiliated platform.

jolievo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on jolievo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information up to date and to notify jolievo promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. jolievo will never request your password through any communication channel.

• You must select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify jolievo immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jolievo accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

jolievo accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the player's account wallet section and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your jolievo wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jolievo is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or network failures outside of jolievo's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own legal name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the corresponding funds become withdrawable.
• jolievo reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to approving large withdrawal requests.
• jolievo targets processing of withdrawal requests within standard business operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

jolievo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are detailed within each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies, or other methods deemed by jolievo to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

jolievo does not permit the transfer of bonus funds between accounts. Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full.

Each game available on the jolievo platform operates according to its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

jolievo sources its game content from licensed third-party software providers. All games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and cannot be influenced by jolievo, its staff, or any player.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game session:

• jolievo will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction, where technically possible.
• Where restoration is not possible, jolievo may void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet.
• jolievo is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

Game results displayed on the jolievo platform are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to jolievo customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed session. jolievo's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jolievo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of wallet balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one account on jolievo.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer table games.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gaming activity on the platform.
• Accessing jolievo from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jolievo staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jolievo platform — including but not limited to the jolievo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of jolievo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jolievo platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jolievo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any jolievo software or content.
• Use the jolievo brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jolievo intellectual property may result in legal action. jolievo reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jolievo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity conducted on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform for any reason.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game content, odds display, or account balance information.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the jolievo platform.

jolievo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. jolievo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

jolievo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jolievo collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and management.
• Identity verification and KYC compliance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jolievo operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine statutes governing online gaming activities, anti-money laundering obligations, data privacy requirements, and consumer protection standards.

Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

jolievo aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within two (2) business days and to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt, where the nature of the dispute reasonably permits. Complex cases involving third-party game providers or payment processors may require additional time to resolve.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the jolievo Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jolievo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
